Amanda is particularly active with the environmental group Riverkeeper- she is an executive member of its board of directors and founded their junior committee. Last October Amanda coordinated Riverkeeper’s first junior event and her cousin Gillian Hearst-Shaw join her in raising funds to maintain and protect the Hudson River. She is also a member of the junior committee of the Princess Grace Foundation.
